Winter Mode Active from September 16 to April 15
During the winter months, Caribou RV Park adjusts its operations. Please note the following changes:

Reservations: Only sites 12, 13, and 14 can be reserved online.

First-Come, First-Serve Sites: Sites 15, 16, and 17 are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment for these sites must be made at the self-park kiosk using a credit card only (no debit accepted).

Facilities Shutdown: Sanidump and water services on sites are not available during winter. Additionally, the food truck and park office are closed.

Amenities Included: Guests will have access to the laundromat, heated dishwashing facilities, free hot showers and bathrooms, and both 30 amp and 15 amp power options on each site.

Wi-Fi: Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is included for all guests.

Pricing: The rate is $65 per night, plus applicable taxes.

The Caribou RV Park is located on the world-renowned Alaska Highway on km 1403, only 1km from the famous South Klondike Cutoff to drive to Skagway Alaska or ride the White pass train in Carcoss/Fraser, the campground is located in the pristine wilderness while still giving you the comfort to be in Whitehorse City Center in 15 minutes with all the shops and amenities.
Only 5 minutes from Marsh Lake where the Yukon river starts and only 5 minutes from Miles Canyon.

Nice tenting sites are secluded in the woods, all equipped with firepits and picnic tables. In case of bad weather, there is the famous historic Joe's cabin where you can cook surrounded by historic artifacts of the Gold Rush.
If you don't feel like cooking, treat yourself to a meal at our Food Trailer serving European Specialities. All homemade from scratch. The real stuff, not the lost in translation one. All made by famous Chef Sandra, who's name is a reference in the Yukon and in Europe!
